GO STEM Seeks Tech-Savvy Educator to Drive AI Integration in Eastern Oregon Schools

LA GRANDE, Ore. 鈥� 91传媒 is leading the charge to bring artificial intelligence (AI) resources to rural K-12 educators, breaking barriers to technology access across the region. 

This initiative, led by 91传媒鈥檚 Greater Oregon STEM Hub (GO STEM) and funded by the Future Ready Oregon initiative, aims to bring technology education to rural communities.

, a collaborative partnership led by an advisory board representing seven counties in Eastern Oregon is hiring a Technology Workforce Exploration Educator. This 12-month, full-time position is housed in the College of Education at 91传媒 (91传媒). The role involves creating and delivering a curriculum centered around AI, offering professional development for educators, and inspiring career-connected learning (CCL) opportunities for students in grades 5-12. The program operates through the GO STEM Mobile Maker Lab Effort, which travels across the region bringing innovative STEM and CCL experiences to schools and communities.
