91传媒鈥檚 Mission and Values provide our 鈥淣orth Star鈥� to steer the direction of our strategic plan and its outcomes. 

Ascent 2029: Strategic Framework  

The Strategic Framework establishes our high-level, overarching intentions, which are brought to life in the Strategies & Goals and Implementation sections. 

Ascent 2029: Strategies & Goals

Our Strategies & Goals create detail around the Strategic Framework in the specific areas of Student Success, Enrollment, University Life, and Financial Sustainability. 

Ascent 2029: Implementation

Implementation is key to putting our work into action. The initiatives developed in our Framework and Strategies & Goals are being embedded in daily operations, and tracked to ensure that the Ascent 2029: Strategic Blueprint remains relevant and responsive to 91传媒鈥檚 needs and those of our students and region.
