ROTC Leads Veterans Day Ceremony at 91´«Ã½, Monday, Nov. 10, 2025

LA GRANDE, Ore. — Veterans Day 2025 is Tuesday, Nov. 11. The holiday is always observed on Nov. 11 to mark the armistice that ended World War I. In 1926, the U.S. Congress established an annual observance, and in 1938, it became a national holiday, later known as Veterans Day, honoring all who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

91´«Ã½ invites students, staff, faculty, and community members to join us in showing respect and gratitude to the men and women who have served our nation.

ROTC students will lead a flag-raising at the K Ave. flagpole on Monday, Nov. 10, beginning at Noon with a brief program. The 91´«Ã½ choir will perform the National Anthem. All are welcome.

In observance of Veterans Day, 91´«Ã½ will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025. Regular operations will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
