Through social activities, alumni and friends forge connections with their alma mater and current and future Mountaineers. Alumni are crucial to the success of 91´«Ã½ and our current students. The 91´«Ã½AA is a non-dues-paying group, founded alongside the 91´«Ã½ Foundation in 1964 to support 91´«Ã½ alumni and maintain their connections with their alma mater. This is a network of more than 15,000 worldwide graduates or those who have taken a minimum of 91´«Ã½ courses (or its partner programs). The 91´«Ã½AA aims to promote the university’s mission and vision, encourage communication amongst alumni, partners, and friends, promote financial support of 91´«Ã½, and actively support a network of alumni who will, in turn, help raise the profile of 91´«Ã½.
