It is possible to receive most types of financial aid under these circumstances as long as certain <strong>requirements<\/strong> are met:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The course(s) you take at the host institution(s) must be a requirement of your degree program and transferable to your home school; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When 91传媒 will be your home school (i.e. the institution awarding the degree and from where you get your financial aid):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must maintain an enrollment level of at least six (one for OSU as host) 91传媒 credits each term that you want to use hours at your host school(s) towards financial aid eligibility; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The host institution is not a semester or clock-hour institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we receive the form, we will process it within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. During disbursement and the first two weeks of the term, we are especially busy, and we may exceed the 24 hour processing time. <strong>We will only accept consortium agreements through the second week of the term.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-eastern-navy-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/financial-aid\/files\/2024\/12\/Consortium-Agreement-Individual.pdf\" style=\"border-radius:0px\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">General Consortium Agreement<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OSU Info<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">91传媒 and Oregon State University are entered into an agreement that states the following requirements must be met to receive funding at 91传媒:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have 1 91传媒 credit each term for 91传媒 to disburse your financial aid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be enrolled with a minimum of 6 91传媒 credits to be eligible for any fee remissions (e.g. Scholar Award)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be taking a minimum of 12 91传媒 credits to be eligible for 91传媒 Foundation Scholarships for the year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Understand that 91传媒\/OSU will share federal and financial student information between institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process to Receive Financial Aid at 91传媒 (91传媒 is Home)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download and print out the consortium agreement form. All colleges, other than OSU, require the Individual Consortium Agreement. If you are unsure, please contact our office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the student section and be sure to sign the form. Please read through the form carefully, as it contains important information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have your advisor sign the form. If you do not live near your advisor, you can fax, scan or email the form to your advisor. They must sign the form also, so be sure to contact them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your advisor signs the form, you will need to do one of two things:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask your advisor to send the form to the host school on your behalf; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get the form from your advisor so that you can send it to the host school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The host school must verify your enrollment and costs for the term, sign the form, and return the form to the financial aid office at 91传媒.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process to Receive Financial Aid at a Different School (91传媒 is Host)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Download your Consortium agreement from your home school.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out student section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send to 91传媒 <a href=\"mailto:consortium@eou.edu\">consortium@eou.edu<\/a> for us to fill out the host school section. We will return this to you in 24 hours after verifying your enrollment and cost.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definitions of confusing terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several similar sounding terms that are used to describe students who attend more than one college or university. If you plan to take courses at more than one school you should know the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Co-admitted: <\/strong>means you have completed the admissions process at more than one school. It doesn\u2019t mean you are registered for classes or that your enrollment will count for financial aid purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co-enrolled:<\/strong> means you have registered for classes at more than one school. You must be co-admitted before you can be co-enrolled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dual-enrolled: <\/strong>means the same as co-enrolled \u2013 you have registered for courses at more than one school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consortium: <\/strong>is an agreement schools make for students who are co-enrolled in more than one college or university.
