Normally, students who transfer to 91传媒 before an academic award year begins will not experience any delay in having their financial aid processed and aid disbursed to their accounts.
There can be times when a short delay happens. This usually occurs if a student is ending enrollment at one school and beginning enrollment at 91传媒 immediately (the next term). As students transfer in, we must make sure that students have eligibility for Pell Grant and loan programs that may have been partially used at their prior school. We place a 鈥淭ransfer Monitoring Hold鈥� on students鈥� aid disbursements and usually resolve these holds within 7 days.
Students who transfer to 91传媒 after an academic year has begun will have their financial aid calculated based upon their eligibility for federal funds at 91传媒 and based upon federal or state (Oregon Opportunity Grant) funds used at their prior school. We place a 鈥淭ransfer Monitoring Hold鈥� on students鈥� disbursements. We usually resolve these holds within 7 days.
When students financial aid offers are available, we notify students via email. Students then can go to the 91传媒 interactive web module, Mountie Hub, to accept their award offers. See the instructions on the Mountie Hub Basics page.
