Leafletting is defined as <strong>&#8220;promoting an activity or product by directly handing small printed handbills or fliers to passersby.&#8221;<\/strong> This activity offers a unique way to connect with students, staff, and visitors in an engaging and personal manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Designated Locations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To maintain a welcoming and organized campus environment, leafletting is permitted only in the following locations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The One University Blvd Roundabout<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Quad<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Registration Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the smooth coordination of campus activities, anyone wishing to leaflet must <strong>register in advance<\/strong> with Event and Conference Services. Registration includes specifying the date, time, and location of your activity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Additional Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leafletting within the Hoke Student Union is restricted to recognized student groups, student office candidates, other students, and administrative users.
