Through evidence-based coursework and strong clinical partnerships, 91´«Ã½ equips graduates with practical literacy instruction skills. The program addresses critical workforce needs while improving student outcomes in Oregon schools, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
91´«Ã½ offers the Undergraduate Elementary Education program, which results in a Bachelor’s degree and teacher licensure at the elementary level.
The SEITL undergraduate program is a comprehensive two-year program that combines coursework in core study areas and structured in-person practicum and student teaching field placements.
The Early Childhood Education program area offers stackable non-licensure credentials; a Certificate, an Associate of Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts/Science. Students who have completed an Associate of Applied Science in ECED at a community college have the option of completing a Bachelor of Applied Science. All Early Childhood Education coursework is offered completely online.
The MAT Program is a graduate teacher preparation program designed to help students obtain Preliminary Oregon Licensure in either an Elementary-Multiple Subjects or Secondary-Single Subject Area(s) and to enable students to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching Degree.
The Master of Science degree (MS) is intended to provide the student with a strong graduate-level course of study related to the field of education.

The College of Education’s new Certificate in Environmental Education program supports the state’s goal of giving every student access to outdoor learning rooted in environmental literacy, stewardship, and hands-on science.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is available at a graduate or undergraduate level and can be taken in conjunction with the Undergraduate Elementary Education program, or the MS in Education. It can also be completed separately, at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
91´«Ã½ offers the only Trauma in Educational Communities licensure experimental specialization in the state of Oregon.
91´«Ã½ offers an online Literacy program at the graduate level. The program is available to licensed teachers who wish to add an endorsement to their license.
